What the receipt can support

  • The file came through the requested RealityProof capture flow.
  • A locally held file can be checked against the file recorded in the receipt.
  • The receipt shows the capture window for the requested session.
  • Room and object modes can be requested when supported by the device.

Decision limits

What still needs your process

  • The receipt does not prove the property address.
  • It does not verify floor area, ownership, title, or occupancy.
  • It does not prove the whole property was shown or the scene was unstaged.
  • It supports inspection and appraisal; it does not replace them.
